HONEST AND DETAILED, BUT...

My wife and I enjoyed the service, the details oriented work and everything they explained about the types of mortgages available. My cousin was initially getting us a loan at the company he works in and I thought I was getting the family deal; WRONG i was not. he was charging me 3 points in what they call the back end and 1 point origination fee. Mr. Tristan, at Protecta, or Rick as i call him now, gave me a much lower rate, fixed, dropped my payments by $197.00 a month and only charged 1 point. ( my attorney confirmed it) the only thing i did not like was that I had to call 2 or 3 times before i received a call back. The guys is pretty busy and still closed my loan in 2 weeks. At the title company i met 2 other couples that were closing with him too and loved his work.
